When Can I Contact the School Office?
- To contact the Head Teacher or Senior Leadership Team
- For business administration and the School Business Manager
- For pupil administration and the School Officer or Home-School Support Worker
- To contact other specific staff members
- For any/ all other general enquiries (messages will be dealt with during office open hours - listed on the previous page)
When Should I Not Contact the School Office?
- In general the school office can be contacted under all circumstances and they can put you in touch with the right person. However, there are some specific key contacts listed on the previous page if you have a specific concern and where you would not find it appropriate to inform the general office staff of this concern.
- If you wish to contact the head teacher in confidence you should speak to them directly rather than emailing.

Please leave your name, email and other contact details along with a short message for the school office. If your message relates to a pupil it is useful to give their full name and class. Please also state if you require a reply or you need a specific member of staff to be aware of the message. Thank you.
