As a school we are very conscious about our impact on the environment and the children are involved in our efforts to reduce our carbon footprint and live sustainably. Some of the ways in which we do this are:
Recycling paper and cardboard with our weekly rubbish collections
Recycling ink toner cartridges
Recycling plastic
Reducing the amount of plastic containers used at lunchtimes
We are also currently negotiating to change our lighting to more efficient LED lights
We have been awarded our Bronze level Eco School certificate:
You can find our government certificate for how energy efficient our building is and our carbon emissions here
Our Open Evening will take place on Thursday 12th November from 5pm.
Come to the hall to say hello to the Headteacher at 5pm you will then be taken on a tour of the school.
We look forward to welcoming prospective parents and carers.
