Data Protection Officer (DPO)

Please Note:  All subject access requests and freedom of information requests should be sent to the school office, allowing the legally permitted time frame for a reply.  Thank you.

 

When Should I Contact the DPO

  • To report that notified staff have not adequately dealt with a subject access request (including the correction of data) according to GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations)
  • To report that notified staff have not adequately dealt with a freedom of information request according to GDPR
  • To report that notified staff have not adequately addressed poor practice or a policy risk that could lead to a data breech under GDPR
  • To report that notified staff have not adequately dealt with a potential or minor breech of data under GDPR
  • To report a serious breech of data under GDPR

Please leave your name, email and other contact details along with a short message for our DPO to contact you. Thank you. (The DPO should only be contacted if the school office has not been able to adequately deal with your data protection query/ failed to act within the general data protection regulations. The office should normally be given opportunity to address the issue first)
