Lettings & Private Hire
The school is able to let some of its rooms and facilities to community groups. We have a large hall with access to a kitchen, toilets and some outside space. These are available by arrangement at evenings, weekends and school holidays.
The Business Manager together with the Head Teacher review all bookings and the needs of the school/ availability of lettings staff etc always take priority before agreeing to any booking. Any groups hiring our facilities must present evidence of:
- safeguarding policy/ procedures, including vetting of staff qualifications and DBS
- health and safety procedures, including any risk assessments, first aid arrangements and emergency procedures
- relevant insurances/ registrations for proposed activity/ operation of the group
- proof of a bank account in the name of the group (not a private bank account) - if the hirer will be charging its members
